The Trolls near LA still drop good stuff in HM.

Troll Farming is talking about the cave of trolls just outside Droks, not the farming of trolls in general.

There is another form of troll farming, but for that you have to be a mod here on guru.

Well, sort of. Anyone can agro all the trolls with a good thread, but only a mod can spike them with the banhammer.

actualy, you're both wrong. Trolls used to be the steadiest and most profitable farm run that noobs and bots alike could farm (after griffons were nerfed and dyining nightmares added to UW). It was short, repetitive, and required little thought, but proveded lots of merch quality drops at a consistent rate that added up very quickly.
what killed the farm was loot scaling and the advent of HM, which defeated the entire purpose of the build an opened an entirely new door for alternatives.
